What does AtEase do?
AtEase is a Houston-based studio that builds AI agents, websites, mobile apps and SEO for small businesses across the US. Most clients start with a website or an AI receptionist and add the rest as they grow.
How much does AtEase charge?
Website pricing is scoped by industry: real estate agent sites start at $995 (Starter) and $3,000 (Custom), and other businesses get a fixed quote after a short call. AI receptionists start at $1,500 setup plus $250 a month. App MVPs start at $10,000. Local SEO starts at $750 a month, and photo and video content at $295. Every price is on the pricing page.
How long does a project take?
Websites can launch in a few days, and Custom sites in about 1 to 2 weeks. AI receptionists and speed-to-lead agents are usually live in 1 to 3 weeks. App MVPs take longer, typically 8 to 14 weeks to reach the App Store. On every project, timing depends mostly on how quickly we get your content and feedback.
Do you only work with Houston businesses?
No. Everything we build is digital, so we work with clients anywhere in the US over video calls. We're based in Houston and meet local clients in person across Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress and the rest of the metro. Photo and video shoots are the one service we do on-site in the Houston area.
Who owns the website, app or AI agent when you're done?
You do. The code, domain, hosting accounts, phone numbers and data are in your name. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Is there a monthly fee?
Builds are fixed-price. Starter websites come with a $99/month care plan (12-month minimum) that covers hosting, updates, edits and monthly improvements; on custom sites it's optional. AI agents carry a monthly fee because they run on phone lines and AI models that cost money every month, with heavy usage passed through at cost.
