Terms of service.
Effective . These terms apply to atease.studio, the free AtEase account at my.atease.studio, and Sales AtEase at app.salesatease.com and demo.salesatease.com (together, "AtEase"). Custom projects may also have a written agreement; if it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.
1. Who you're agreeing with
AtEase is a brand of ETB Enterprises LLC, a Texas company ("AtEase," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using AtEase, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Accounts
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and your team's logins.
- Account owners and admins control who on their team has access.
3. The free AtEase account
The free account is free to use, with limits (for example on contacts and previews) that we may change. Free accounts can't send real mail or make charges. We may limit or close free accounts that are inactive or misused.
4. Paid plans and billing
- Paid plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee, shown at checkout or in your written quote. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Solo plans have a 3-month minimum, then continue month to month until canceled. Brokerage and custom agreements follow their written terms.
- Postcards and letters are charged per piece when you approve a mailing. Add-ons are billed as shown when you turn them on.
- Fees are charged to your card on file through Stripe and include Texas sales tax where it applies. Setup fees and completed mailings aren't refundable. You can cancel future billing at any time after any minimum term.
- If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it's resolved.
5. Your data
The contacts, notes, deals and lists you put into AtEase belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide AtEase to you. You can export your data at any time. See our privacy policy.
6. Your outreach is your responsibility
AtEase gives you information and tools; you decide who to contact and what to say. You agree to follow the laws that apply to your outreach and your industry, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, fair housing laws, Texas Real Estate Commission advertising rules, wholesaling disclosure rules, and any state bar or licensing rules. You won't use AtEase to send unlawful, misleading or harassing messages, and you'll honor opt-outs right away.
7. Public records
Some products show information from public records. It's provided as is, may contain errors or be out of date, and you're responsible for verifying it before relying on it. Scores and estimates (such as likely-to-sell scores, estimated taxes or estimated value gain) are estimates, not facts or advice.
8. No guaranteed results
We sell tools and services, not outcomes. We don't promise any number of leads, listings, sales, rankings or revenue. Any example math on our site is illustrative, not a client result.
9. Acceptable use
Don't misuse AtEase: no attempts to break security, scrape or resell our data, access other customers' information, or use AtEase for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse AtEase or put others at risk.
10. Our software
AtEase and Sales AtEase software, designs and data compilations belong to ETB Enterprises LLC. Your subscription gives you a right to use them while your account is active; it doesn't transfer ownership. Websites we build for you under a custom agreement or a paid-off Launch plan belong to you as described in that agreement.
11. Third-party services
AtEase works with services such as Stripe, PostGrid, Google and others. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.
12. Disclaimers and limits
AtEase is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
13. Ending service
You can cancel as described in section 4. We may end service with notice, or right away for misuse or non-payment. After cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify account owners. Continuing to use AtEase after changes means you accept them.
15. Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
