A website built for your practice
A page for each practice area and the places you serve, attorney bios, FAQs in plain English, clear fees where you publish them, and a phone number that's one tap away on every page.
AtEase builds websites, local SEO, AI search visibility and after-hours intake for attorneys and small law firms. Every site is written to your state's lawyer advertising rules (in Texas, the State Bar of Texas rules), and your firm approves all wording before launch. Websites are quoted on a short call at a fixed price, and you own the site, the domain and every account.
Someone arrested last night, served papers this morning or hurt in a wreck on the way home isn't comparing ten websites at a desk. They search on a phone, call the first firm that looks right and answers, and move on. Your site has to load fast, say exactly what you handle, and make calling you one tap away, day or night.
We know the legal side because we built one. AtEase designed and shipped Law Book, a free app that helps people find a licensed Texas attorney and see fees upfront. Law Book is a separate listing platform: AtEase clients get no special placement there, and attorneys appear in random order.
A page for each practice area and the places you serve, attorney bios, FAQs in plain English, clear fees where you publish them, and a phone number that's one tap away on every page.
An AI receptionist answers after-hours calls, takes the details and books a consultation, and speed-to-lead replies to web inquiries in under a minute. It never gives legal advice and hands anything sensitive to your team.
Practice-area and city pages, Google Business Profile, reviews, and the structured data that helps Google and AI assistants like ChatGPT understand who you are, what you handle and where.
No "specialist" or "expert" claims unless you're certified, no promised results, and the disclaimers your state requires. Your firm reviews and approves every word before anything goes live.
Attorney headshots, office and team photos, and a short meet-the-attorney video, shot by our camera operator in the Houston area. See photo and video.
Your domain, your site, your intake data and your accounts. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.

Your practice areas, where your cases come from, who answers the phone after hours, and your state's advertising rules. You get a fixed price in writing.
We design the site and write every page in plain English, with no unearned claims, and send you a preview link.
Your firm reviews and approves every word. We make the changes, test every form and call path, and connect intake.
We go live, submit the site to Google and Bing, set up your Google Business Profile and track calls and forms from day one.
Law firm websites are quoted on a short call, because a solo criminal defense practice and a three-attorney family law firm need different builds. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Intake and SEO use our published prices.

Yes. We write to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct on advertising, and for firms in other states we follow that state's rules. That means no unearned "specialist" claims, no guaranteed results and the disclaimers your state requires. The responsibility stays with the lawyer, so your firm reviews and approves all wording before launch.
Yes, within limits. It can answer after hours, collect the caller's name, contact details and what happened, check for urgency and book a consultation. It doesn't give legal advice or promise outcomes, and it hands urgent or sensitive calls to your team right away.
It's built to. Clear practice-area pages, consistent firm details, reviews and structured data are what AI assistants use to decide which firms to mention. No one can guarantee a mention, but most small firm sites skip these basics entirely.
AtEase designed and built Law Book, a free app for finding a licensed attorney. They're separate: Law Book is a listing platform, and AtEase is the agency. Being an AtEase client doesn't affect your placement on Law Book, where attorneys appear in random order.
