Real estate agent websites that win the lead first.

AtEase builds websites for real estate agents and teams with live MLS listings (IDX), neighborhood guides, instant lead alerts and footers that follow your state's advertising rules. We work with agents anywhere in the US. Starter sites are $995 and can launch in a few days. Custom sites are $3,000, designed from scratch and live in about 1 to 2 weeks. Your domain, content and leads are always yours.

Why not just use the brokerage site?

Your brokerage page sells the brokerage. Template platforms make every agent look the same. And most cheap AI site builders skip the things an agent actually needs: your state's required notices (like the TREC notices in Texas), fair housing wording and lead routing.

In our study of 100 Houston realtor websites, only 1 showed its main content fast enough in Google's phone test. An AtEase site is built around you: your areas, your listings, your reviews, your voice. Every lead goes straight to your phone, and on Custom sites an automatic reply goes out before you've even seen the alert.

IDX listings

Real estate agent websites with IDX.

IDX is what puts live MLS listings on your own website. Buyers search homes, save favorites and ask about a showing without leaving your site, and every inquiry comes to you instead of a portal that sells the lead to other agents.

Setup is included on every AtEase site. We connect a provider that works with your MLS, style the search to match your site, and add the listings search to your navigation. The provider bills you directly, typically about $60 to $150 a month including any MLS data fee, and you need to be a member of the MLS whose listings you show. Our guide to IDX websites for realtors compares providers, costs and SEO setups.

Real estate website questions.

How much does a real estate agent website cost?

At AtEase, a Starter real estate website is $995 plus a $99/month care plan, or $0 down at $149/month for 12 months. A fully custom site is $3,000. IDX listings are billed by the provider, typically about $60 to $150 a month.

Can my website show live MLS listings?

Yes. We set up IDX so buyers can search live listings on your own domain. The IDX provider bills you directly; setup is included in our price.

Do you build websites for agents outside Houston?

Yes. Everything is done online, so we build for agents and teams anywhere in the US. Calls are by video, and your site, IDX and lead alerts are set up for your market. See our two-state build for an agent licensed in Texas and Nevada.

Will my site follow my state's advertising rules?

Yes. Every site shows your brokerage name the way your state requires, plus fair housing wording. In Texas that includes the Real Estate Commission's Information About Brokerage Services and Consumer Protection Notice links in the footer. In other states we follow that state's real estate commission rules, and you or your broker approve the final wording before launch.

What is an IDX website?

IDX (Internet Data Exchange) lets a real estate agent show MLS listings, including other brokers' listings, on their own website. Buyers search homes on your site instead of Zillow, and their inquiries come to you. You need to be a member of the MLS, and the IDX provider charges a monthly fee, typically about $60 to $150 including any MLS data fee.

How fast can my site be live?

Starter sites can be live in a few days, and Custom sites in about 1 to 2 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we get your photos, bio and feedback: we've launched a site in a single day when the client had everything ready.

Do I own the website if I switch brokerages?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and your content, photos and leads are yours. If you change brokerages, we update the brokerage details and compliance links and you keep going.

Can the site reply to leads automatically?

Custom sites can send an automatic reply written in your voice the moment a lead comes in. For portal leads from Zillow, Realtor.com and Facebook too, add Speed-to-Lead AI.
