What did the site need to do?
Lisa helps families move to Las Vegas and Houston, and she's licensed in both Nevada and Texas. Most real estate websites assume one market, one brokerage and one phone number. Lisa has two of each. Her clients are often deciding between cities, or moving from somewhere else entirely, so the site had to answer "where are you headed?" before anything else, then give each market its own guides, phone number and license details.
She also told us her clients needed bigger, easier-to-read text. That shaped the whole design: a larger type scale, generous spacing and clear buttons, checked on phones first.
What did we build?
- A move planner on the homepage. Visitors pick Las Vegas or Houston, the area they like, when they're moving, whether they're buying or selling, and what matters most, such as a single-story home, a pool or a short commute to the Medical Center. One tap sends Lisa the whole plan.
- An interactive "Where would you like to land?" map. Switch between Las Vegas and Houston, tap an area, and see its typical home styles, estimated drive times to places like the Strip, Harry Reid Airport or downtown, and the school district, with a "Plan my move" button that starts the move planner for that area. Drive times are labeled as estimates, with the sources listed.
- A 55+ living section. For buyers weighing active-adult communities: a side-by-side of 55+ communities and regular neighborhoods, a tool to rate a community, and a free checklist that covers HOA finances, age rules, true monthly cost and resale.
- Area guides for both cities. Summerlin, Henderson and North Las Vegas on the Nevada side; Missouri City, Sienna, Manvel and Sugar Land on the Texas side. Each covers homes, schools, commutes and daily life, and gives Google and AI search a reason to connect Lisa with those places.
- Two markets in the header and footer. Each city shows its own office phone and brokerage, so a Las Vegas buyer and a Houston seller both reach the right line.
- Compliance for two states. The Texas side carries the Texas Real Estate Commission notices and Lisa's Texas license number; the Nevada side shows her Nevada license and brokerage. Lisa's own listings carry an owner/agent disclosure.
- Instant lead handling. Every plan and inquiry alerts Lisa right away and sends the person a short, personal reply written by AI, so nobody waits to hear back.
- Booking and editing. Visitors book a call through Lisa's existing Setmore calendar, and Lisa updates listings, photos and text herself through a simple login.
- Nothing lost from the old site. Old page addresses redirect to their new pages, so links and search rankings carry over.
How does the site perform?
It scores a perfect 100 out of 100 on our website check, and Google's PageSpeed test rates it 98 out of 100 on phones and 100 on computers. For comparison, in our study of 100 Houston realtor websites, the median agent site scored 56 on phones and only 2 scored 90 or higher.
Why does this matter for agents?
Relocation buyers start their search months before they call anyone, and they're usually comparing areas they've never seen. A site that helps them plan the move, explains each area honestly, and answers the moment they reach out wins that client early. For agents licensed in more than one state, it also solves a real problem: one brand and one website, with each state's rules followed correctly.
It's also proof that AtEase builds for agents outside Houston. Every state has its own advertising rules, so we check the rules for each market, put the required details on the site, and have the broker approve the wording before launch. See how that works on our real estate agent websites page, or compare this build with Gamble Realty Group, a single-market site for a Houston agent.
